Allow me to introduce myself

I am Alexis, founder of the Little Red Tent, where I have been quietly working for 10+ years as a Meditation Teacher and expanding my services to offer Intuitive Tarot Readings, Mediumship Readings, Pellowah Energy Healings + Reiki.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect to themselves and promoting inner healing as a path towards connection, empowerment and happiness.

Connecting with Spirit to help you is an honour I hold in great respect and consider myself very blessed to be of service to you and Spirit in this lifetime.

After witnessing first hand the power of the mind to harm or to heal our physical bodies, I have devoted much of the last 10 years to working with people to understand the impact our words, our stories can have upon us.

I like to keep things simple, I believe we can achieve great results with simple tools that only need application to be effective in our lives, whether it be through meditation, clarity offered by communicating with the divine, energy healing to remove blocks and refresh our energy bodies or tools curated specifically for you and your purpose.

We have forgotten how very powerful we are, how loved we are, how supported we are.

I am here to remind you, with love, compassion and care.

As a Trance Medium I offer a meeting place between you and spirit in order to bring you communication from loved ones.  You do not walk this path alone, support is available all around you .

I cannot guarantee who will walk through the door in Spirit but the message you receive is one you need to know, not necessarily what you want to know.  My role is simply to pass on communication to assist with your healing and growth.
