We are all connected…

How does it feel when you read this statement? Do you feel a little overwhelmed or a little less alone?

Whether you believe in the big bang theory or the words of the bible, everyone at sometime in their lives has experienced an ethereal sense of connection, or of intuition.

You think of a loved one and next thing you know they are calling you.

A moment of déjà vu can be so clear it leaves us reeling a little….

How is any of this possible?

Connection. Love. Energy.

Everything you see around you, smell around you, feel around you, is energy.  The chair you are sitting on as you read this? It is comprised of molecules, same as you and me when you really get down to it, just built a little differently.

Think of energy along the lines of bluetooth or wifi, even electricity! You can’t see it, yet you can see the result of its actions in front of you…

So when you think of a loved one, maybe you are missing them or a friend you haven’t been able to share physical space with for a while, send them your energy, send them your love and gratitude. In some way they will feel it, for we are all connected by the energy that surrounds us without our conscious awareness.

Picture them standing in front of you, in your imagination you could hug them, and allow the fondness, the love, the gratitude you have for them fill you, then allow that emotion to have wings and be sent to your loved ones.

You can even send this energy to loved ones who have passed, no longer with you on the physical plane. Then keep your senses open for little signs for them, a feather, a scent, a song…. The strongest energy in this universe is love.
