Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. ~ Marianne Williamson
Not all endings are terrible.
An end to worry, an end to stress, is welcome.
Placing yourself in a state of gratitude is a great starting point, but so is acknowledging the root cause of your worries.
If you don't face your fears they will continue to haunt you no matter how much you may try to ignore or outrun them...
So right now, yes now, grab a piece of paper and a pen and write down your greatest worries at this time…
Now that you can see them in black and white how do you feel?
Sometimes all it takes is seeing our fears in front of us to gain a little perspective. If we leave them running riot in our heads they can grow in volume, get cloudy and grow like freaking out of control dusty bunnies.
Now that you can see them a little more clearly have a think about any actions you may be able to take to address them now or in the near future.
Maybe you are unhappy in your current place of employment so looking for a new job maybe a good idea. Maybe you are tired of the stress of trying to figure out what’s for dinner each night, create a meal plan, ask for your families input and assistance, meal prep. Maybe there are somethings in your life you may be better off without so creating a plan to release what no longer serves you may be in order.
Whatever it is, you’ve got this x
